JOB PURPOSE
The Admissions Manager is responsible for the professional development of a team of Student Enrolment Advisors, driving sales outcomes to assist Advisors in achieving their individual and team targets, and ensuring a high student satisfaction rating. The Admissions Manager will ensure the retention and engagement of team members, driving a high-performance culture of inclusion and high achievers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and flexible candidate based in Kuala Lumpur, with recent experience of working in a sales focused environment within the education Industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
1. Lead a team of Student Enrolment Advisors, coaching and developing team members to meet daily, weekly, monthly and study period targets
2. Manage full pipeline, with a thorough understanding of sales conversion and forecasting
3. Create a high performing and sales-focused team environment, including the successful recruitment, development and retention of Student Enrolment Advisors to encourage the ultimate success of the team
4. Create, implement and manage processes and procedures, in-line with best practice methodology, that continually seek business efficiency and process improvement
5. Work closely with other departments to ensure continued best practice and success
6. Assist in developing training materials, facilitate the role out of induction training and ongoing training, learning and development across the team
7. Contribute to the success of the team through fair play, encouragement and consideration of team objectives
8. Drive Keypath’s culture, being a passionate advocate of Keypath, University Partnerships and Students

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Student recruitment or similar environment
• Experience in sales focused environment, showing knowledge of sales processes and strategies
• Demonstrated success in leading a team in an outbound sales environment, driving growth and achieving results
• Experience in driving culture, motivated by exceptional results
• An understanding of campaign planning and database marketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience within the Education Industry highly regarded
Technical
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Daily use of CRM and detailed note taking
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, leading and coaching skills
• Self-motivated and proactive, takes on responsibility
