Report preparation • Preparation of financial data in the MS power point presentation and MS word on regular basis • Support in preparation of financial management reports in the prescribed format in MS excel • Understanding KPI for the finance department such as EBITA, Margins, department PNL, service lines PNL etc. • Writing support to the finance team • Actively involved in various projects of the finance department on regular basis
Senior Management & team Liaison • Coordinate and facilitate communications between finance team and various other team/stakeholders to ensure effective management of the important activities. • Coordination & follow up for the updating of various trackers of the finance team
Technology & Process improvement • Support in preparation of standard operating processes / process notes of the finance department Delivery of projects and assisting with project tracking timelines • Identifying the technology required for the finance department • Contribute to improve existing processes of the finance department
