If selected for this role you will be a major contributor to this strategy and its desired outcomes. As part of this strategy we are expecting the company to grow from 250 to 500+ employees and your role will be a significant contributor to leading and supporting that growth.

We are therefore seeking to recruit an executive to who can effectively coordinate and run overall training and development initiatives’ at Sannam S4.

Role summary

This role will involve working very closely with staff, heads of departments, leaders, senior management team members (some of whom have ownership for the delivery teams for individual service lines), our partners and stakeholders mentioned above to help in achieving desired objectives and learning and development targets for the business.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Induction Programme –
o Create a detailed induction programme for business unit with an aim to provide induction on all roles within that business
o Facilitation and enrichment of Sannam S4 Induction and Onboarding Program
2.Training Need Identification
o Understand the business need, collaborate with the business to identify and agree learning needs and priorities in order to align to business requirements
o Collaborate with business to understand the expectation from the training programme (audience, objective, content, expected impact)
o Identify training needs by surveys, focused group discussions or employee developmental plans captured in appraisals
o Conduct competency mapping exercise and identify the employee wise skill gaps
3.Learning and Development Plan and Implementation
o Identify the best suitable mode of the training (online, instructor-led, e-learning, coaching or other)
o Identify and empanel trainers or training agencies or universities
o Liaise with internal stakeholders to find in-house subject matter expertise and conducting training
o Liaise with stakeholders on content development and compile the same.
o Prepare quarterly training calendar
4.Monitoring and Measuring Training effectiveness
o Gather the feedback on the L&D programme organised
o Create means of impact assessment and implement the same
o Calculate the ROI of the programme
5.Budgeting, Tracking and Reporting
o Assist in preparing the training budget
o Manage logistics, follow up with attendees
o Maintain constant touch with business
o Track the employee/department wise training progress
o Efficiently run various L&D initiatives of the company
o Prepare monthly status reports

Minimum required qualifications
•Master's degree in human resources or related field
Work Experience
•7 to 9 years of overall experience in learning and development with a fast-growing organisation or a multinational
•Experience in management of end to end learning and development programmes (Training Need Analysis - content development - identification of partners - Delivery- impact assessment)
•Experience in project management
•Experience in identifying and implementing optimal learning platforms (LMS, CMS etc.) to enhance training effectiveness
• Knowledge of
o Effective learning and development methods
o L&D interventions (cloud based, digital, micro learning, gamification, coaching, Instructor Lead Trainings (ILT), Virtual ILTs, e-Learning)
•Experience and familiarity with online learning technology and virtual delivery technology is ideal
•Experience in working with external agencies/outsourcing partners in delivering various L&D interventions and learning solutions
•Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and clients
