About the role:
Sannam S4 is looking for a technically strong and confident Talent Acquisition Leader who would be responsible for leading a team through strategic manpower planning, providing quality deliverables for international clients, streamlining the existing talent acquisition processes and systems, and building systems to monitor performance of the team’s delivery. Reporting directly into the Director of Operations, this is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most respected and fastest growing India focused international consulting firms.
Minimum required qualifications
MBA, preferably in Human Resources
Knowledge of end to end recruitment life cycle and process
Work Experience
▪ 10+ years of recruiting experience
▪ Of the 10 years, 2+ years of experience must be in head hunting or in Executive Search firms with P&L responsibility
▪ Demonstrated experience working independently on critical positions
▪ Experience in hiring across diverse functions and sectors
▪ Must have people leadership experience with a proven ability to coach, develop and groom talent
▪ Experience working on Psychometric Tools – Predictive Index, Thomas Profiling, DISC etc.
▪ Strong experience in setting up and working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
▪ Experience in recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, employer branding, conduction of recruitment drives & networking events etc.

Role & Responsibilities
Talent acquisition Service Line Responsibilities
▪ Showcase the company’s capabilities in Talent Acquisition and build stakeholder confidence and subsequently generate revenue
▪ Work with international clients to understand manpower requirements for India market and deliver timely service including sourcing, screening, presenting shortlists and participate in the final interview process with clients and provide advisory on various parameters such as personality, local culture etc.
▪ Advise and manage client communication on:
❖ Talent acquisition strategy and process, including advertising and search methodologies,
❖ Available talent pool in the required sector,
❖ Framing of job descriptions, and
❖ Compensation benchmarking
Talent acquisition Departmental Responsibilities:
▪ Employer Branding: Lead, develop and execute Sannam S4’s outreach to India’s talented workforce, positioning the brand as an employer of choice.
▪ Manpower planning and executing searches: Support service line and department heads to understand the current and long-term manpower requirements, helping them strategically think through these requirements and target the right candidates. This includes all talent acquisition processes right from developing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, up till conducting interviews, extending the offer, facilitating back ground checks and enabling a delightful candidate experience.
Leadership
▪ Lead a team of four to five senior team members distributed across India, assessing skills and addressing gaps with coaching and training programs and additional hiring into the business.
▪ Build processes and systems to monitor the team’s performance and set and implement developmental goals to improve their performance
▪ Manage the profit and loss account for the service line

▪ International exposure in terms of experience working with foreign clients, especially in a direct client facing role

▪ Knowledge of, and interest in enhancing knowledge of key trends in hiring and hiring best practices
▪ Should have good planning, time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
▪ Should have the ability to meet multiple deadlines and challenging priorities within restricted time frames
