Job Purpose We are looking for an Admissions Adviser for the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom, The University of Exeter is a member of the prestigious Russell Group of research-intensive universities. This role’s primary focus will be to support and Exeter’s conversion activities in India. Other responsibilities will include assisting with research and providing market insights.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and flexible candidate with recent experience of working in student recruitment environment. The post holder must be outcomes and results oriented, creative and innovative. We are looking for someone based in Delhi but may consider other locations for an outstanding candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
As the Admissions Adviser, you will be required to support the Country Adviser in conversion activities and to provide market insights. Specifically, you will: 1. Participating in fairs conducted by stakeholders for recruitment purposes if an when required to support the Exeter team.
2. Counselling and converting students with applying to the University
3. Calling and following up with the applicants pre and post offer. Regularly visit education agent offices to promote the University and programmes 4. Assisting in building working relationships with recruitment agents
5. Advising prospective students and offer-holders on a range of matters including courses, entry requirements and application and Visa processes
6. Supporting recruitment-focused events like offer-holder briefings and pre-departure events by booking venue(s), sending invitations, attending events across India etc.
7. Be responsible for booking travel requirements in line with set budgets Conduct agent counsellor training sessions (virtual and in-house)

10. Oversee merchandise and collateral requirements for marketing activities
11. Undertake competitive market research focusing on education and other sectors. Prepare strategic roadmap documents for education clients. Analyse data and contribute to strategic recommendations based on the information.
12. Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and service delivery partners. Multitask across multiple projects with multiple stakeholders across the organization, meeting deadlines and objectives. 13. Clearly document and communicate key findings and recommendations. 14. Ability to visualize data and present complex data and findings via infographic and MS Office tools. 15. Conduct interviews with subject-matter experts with well-crafted and thoughtful questions that elicit information not available in the public domain.
