Assistant Manager - Data / Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Handling and integrating large volumes of data from various sources

• Business performance analysis and reporting – Analyzing the KPIs on a regular basis to

monitor the health of business and related reporting to the Top Management .

• Preparing quarterly & Monthly decks and getting the same reviewed to the top


• Annual/Monthly Plans with Business Strategies – To be a core member in formulating and

driving the freeze plans for all businessverticals.

• Variance analysis – Analyzing the variances against pastperformance and Planned and

identifying the reasons for deviation.

• Responding to management queries on various key business issues and driving the

changes required in business processes.

• Mining data, performing analysis, coming up with actionable insights,

creating dashboards and presentations.

• Help in planning (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual)by providing data

driven insights.

• Developing and communicating key metrics and business trends to various teams.

• Keep a close eye on all Key Business Metrics and do a root cause analysis in case

of any significant spike/dip in anyKBM.

Experience Range:

2 - 3 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation, B.Tech/B.E, and MBA/PGDM Finance, CA CA,

Skills Required:

Data Analysis, Financial Analysis,

Candidate Attributes:

Necessary Skills

• Mandatory: Working knowledge of Python/R (statistical

programming language)

• Analytical thinking; comfortable handling numbers and data.

• Self-motivated – ability to close action items without muchsupervision.

• Ability to communicate well with different stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, BI tools/language (power BI,sql, databases) & CRM

system (any)
