Job Summary: Responsible for closely managing a product life cycle and shall be responsible for continuous improvement in health/growth of Key KPI’s of the product.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1) Maintain the product lifecycle & help evolve/improve product basis the user feedback
2) Conduct primary & secondary research to capture the voice of the customer & market dynamics.
3) Assessing the current situation & designing strategies to take the product/process to next level
4) Work on the data to generate dashboards for assessing product performance and ensuring its visibility at all levels
5) Interact with different product teams (App, Mobile, Service) for implementing various product enhancements
6) Will be required to work in a highly dynamic work environment which requires strong skills in terms of cross-functional team coordination, consensus building among various verticals within the organization and across departments to achieve overall business objectives in a timely & efficient manner.
