Job Description:
As a Graphic Designer at WeMeetly, you will be responsible for creating dynamic, fresh, and energizing visuals for our social media platforms. Your work will be crucial in communicating our brand story and values, engaging our community, and driving user acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Creative Development: Produce a range of graphics, including static images and videos, for use across various social media platforms, ensuring all content is on-brand, and consistent in style, quality, and voice.
2. Idea Generation: Actively contribute to content strategy by proposing innovative ideas for graphics, campaigns, and social media trends that align with our brand and audience interests.
3. Brand Enhancement: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance and maintain the visual aspect of our brand, ensuring a cohesive and attractive digital presence.
4. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, effectively prioritizing tasks and communicating progress.
Qualifications:
1. Creative Flair: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (static and video), particularly in the context of social media. Your style should be adaptable yet consistently innovative, fresh, and energizing.
2. Design Proficiency: High level of proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
3. Video Editing Skills: Experience with creating and editing video content, understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
4. Content Generation: Ability to generate content ideas and concepts, not just execute tasks. You're a creative thinker who can brainstorm and develop new ideas independently.
5. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics and details to ensure all created content is visually appealing and on-brand.
