Executive Assistant:
Being a culture-oriented company, this is a critical function at Dream11. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CEO. The team's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. To be successful in this role, you should be organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Your Role:

  • Managing all aspects of the CEO's end to end travel (including flights, private charters, hotels, visas, and ground transportation)
  • Managing internal projects and running daily tasks which includes coordination with internal teams, house operations and staff, clients & external stakeholders
  • Managing end-to-end calendars of the CEO
  • Assisting other team members in managing the operations of the CEO’s Office

Qualifiers:

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably working with HNIs or in tech startups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Decent knowledge of handling software and Google Suite
  • Prior administrative experience


Experience Range:

6 - 12 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation
