Job Description:
Role Summary
As a Regional Manager, the incumbent will be focusing on energy efficiency, technical analysis and improvements, client management and penetration along with leading the team with example. Should know how to execute and is hungry to help our company achieve our mission to eliminate energy waste. This individual would have the aptitude to lead all the regional operations.
Responsibilities Responsibility Areas Responsibilities
Operations
●Driving daily energy savings targets based on weekly and monthly targets given by operations lead and enabling Energy Managers, Site Energy Engineers to achieve the committed deliverables
●Making sure periodic audits are conducted at our client sites to ensure our Energy conservation measures are performing as intended, and with the intention of discovering additional ECMs
●Providing constant support to Energy Managers, Site Energy Engineers to ensure end-use assets and systems are performing efficiently.
●Ability to provide energy saving techniques by conducting root cause analysis
Maintenance
●Making sure all the maintenance schedules are prepared in coordination with Site Energy Engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
●Inventory management reconciliation at sites efficiently, ensuring the availability of critical spares.
●Ensure the spares/consumables procured for maintenance activities are the best cost without compromising on quality.
●Ensuring vendors are executing all works under AMCs and warranties in a timely and high-quality manner.
●Ensuring budget estimation is prepared and shared
●Ensuring maintenance is carried out within the allocated budget.
●Share all information related to critical breakdowns and client communication with the Sr. Management. Support the Energy Managers, Site Engineers to address all breakdowns.
Customer Relationship
●Building deep connections and rapport with the client engineering teams. Knowing the critical information of the sites at all given times
●Keeping the client engineering teams updated proactively●
●Creating vendors and contractors network

Candidate Attributes:
Experience
●10 Years + of experience in operations and maintenance of HVAC in commercial buildings
● Seasoned Leader with core expertise in centralized HVAC Operations & Maintenance and executed projects to keep enhancing the operational efficiency.
● Should have managed a team in different locations
● Prior experience of working in Hospitals will be preferred
● Exposure to energy efficiency
Skills
●The role includes travel to respective sites within the regional boundaries so should enjoy and be open for travel to the sites as per requirements.
●Good to have - BEE Certified Energy Auditor
