Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager- Health Policy and Systems Research and Evaluations
Job Location: Noida (Open for Remote work also)
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the engagement is to provide technical expertise, and support in the planning and delivery of Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR) and evaluations and capacity-building programs of Sambodhi. The HPSR practice at Sambodhi has a focus on primary health care (PHC), Quality of Care (QoC), health system and service redesign, research related to universal health coverage, NCDs, mental health, and interaction of health systems and environment. The capacity-building programs will involve internal and external HPSR training sessions and research mentoring. The incumbent will also contribute to process and impact evaluations and learning studies to inform the health system improvement strategies of partners.
