Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager- Health Policy and Systems Research and Evaluations
Job Location: Noida (Open for Remote work also)
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the engagement is to provide technical expertise, and support in the planning and delivery of Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR) and evaluations and capacity-building programs of Sambodhi. The HPSR practice at Sambodhi has a focus on primary health care (PHC), Quality of Care (QoC), health system and service redesign, research related to universal health coverage, NCDs, mental health, and interaction of health systems and environment. The capacity-building programs will involve internal and external HPSR training sessions and research mentoring. The incumbent will also contribute to process and impact evaluations and learning studies to inform the health system improvement strategies of partners.

-MBBS in Other , -BDS in Dentistry ,and MPH in MPH ,and Ph.D/Doctorate in Other , MPHIL in Other

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

The key tasks for the role will be aligned with the strategic objectives of the Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR) team to-
· Contribute to supporting the growth of Sambodhi’s work in health systems research along with supporting the delivery of the existing projects.
· Provide technical guidance to the project teams on concepts, methods, design, tools, and research processes, especially in the areas of PHC, QOC, and health systems redesigning.
· Lead the process of synthesis of research learning with internal and external colleagues and develop high-quality, actionable recommendations for the consumption of funders, governments, and implementers.
· Identify opportunities and develop collaborations with partners for project development and capacity-building initiatives.
· Lead and contribute to HPSR content development for capacity-building programs.
· Promote the dissemination and use of health policy and systems knowledge to improve the performance of health systems.

Education
• Master’s degree in Public Health (with a focus on health systems, health policy analysis, and/or primary health care).
•Doctoral degree in Public Health or a related field is preferable to experience.
•Minimum five to seven years of relevant experience in health policy and systems research
•At least three years of work experience in related to PHC/MNCH/QoC/NCDs and/or evidence-informed policy processes.
•Track record of scientific articles including peer-reviewed articles relevant to the field of health policy and systems research
•Experience in managing partner relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Personal Competencies:

· Excellent writing and editing skills, with an ability to synthesize important messages from large information.
· Sound analytical skills.
· Project management skills.
· Ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary teams.
