Job Summary

This role provides with tremendous opportunity to contribute to high quality multi-input development programs across India. S/he is expected to significantly contribute in data collection and ensuring data quality.

Desired Profile

Education: Degree in operational research/ statistics/ rural development/social work

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Field Experience in monitoring and evaluation of social/community development projects.

Personal Competencies

• Understanding of the social and development domain.
• Functional use of Microsoft Office software especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Willingness to travel to project areas.
Remuneration

Remuneration will be in the range of 22,000 - 25,000 /- month as per the skills & experience of the selected candidate.

Experience Range:

5 - 7 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,or MSW in MSW

Job Responsibilities:

Essential Functions
The candidate will perform the following key functions:
• Conducting Qualitative interviews, FGDs and Non-participant Observations in different districts in Bihar.
• Basic analysis using excel.
• Generating success stories/case studies.
• Presentation and meeting with districts team
• Present Your Findings with district team
• Transcription / Translation of qualitative data
