Sadhav was founded in 1992 to carry out Operations, Maintenance & Repairs (O&M, MRO) on board Ships, Offshore structures and Marine equipment. Today the group company Sadhav Shipping is owning and operating 25+ ships/ vessels and is listed on the Indian stock exchange.

Sadhav Offshore has established itself as a leading Ship Repairer in India with Ship Repair bases in Paradip, Vizag, Pipavav, Goa/Karwar and Mumbai.
Sadhav is in the process of a setting up of a Floating dry dock facility at Mumbai Port to cater to ship repair requirements on the west coast of India.

It is the authorized OEM Service Representative of Kongsberg Maritime (erstwhile Rolls Royce Marine AS) and PAC holder, Sadhav provides services for Waterjets fitted on ICG Ships.
Sadhav has also Designed & Constructed vessels such as Pilot Launches, Modern Survey Vessels, Pollution Control Launches and Pontoons that are operating successfully at various Major Ports.
