Monitor the status of ATMs on a 24X7 basis.
Responsibility for the maximum uptime for all the ATMs.
Report a log Call in Help Desk system and also make sure the fault is attended by the custodians of Offsite and Onsite ATMs in a given period of time if not follow the procedure of ESCALATION.
Coordinate with ENGINEER if it required for any kind of SLM (Second Level Maintenance), Router issues, Network issues, link down and Recurring Issues Monitoring DVR and restarting ATMs on daily basis
