* Function as a Key contact person for multiple Indian clients

* Reception of new requests, order modifications as well as complaints by the respective clients.

* Data analysis & creating trends out of big data.
* Basic automation using Macros
* Ability to successfully negotiate about business conditions
* Ability to oversee all details of concurrently running projects
* Ability to map an account to regularly meet stakeholders upto the C-Level executives
* Ability to upsell & cross sell
* Ability to create account specific revenue plans & execute them successfully.
* Need to hold Financial & Customer experience as KPI's

* Should have Skills- Mastery in MS PowerPoint & Excel.
* Proficiency in other MS Office products.
