Job Description:

• Must create / assign and track the project / module as per work plans for delivery
• Should provide technical guidance to Team for work completion.
• He / She should participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
• Must prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
• Must create work plans/ Monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
• Develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• Implement the QA test policy, process, controls, and strategy including test management tools, testing practices, methodologies, quality assurance acceptance criteria, and other quality assurance deliverables which will be used for testing as determined by the project requirements.
• Provide metrics for analysis and reporting of test schedule.
• Ability to communicate with test and development teams as well as technical support teams
• Ability to lead and manage a team of testers in multiple concurrent efforts
• Ability to understand requirements and interpret into Test Cases
• Ability to delegate and prioritize in a changing environment
• Basic knowledge of SQL in Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server

Experience Range:

5 - 8 years

Experience in Manual Testing.
• Should have complete any Software testing course.
• Fair knowledge of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle.
• Good Knowledge in Quality and Testing Concepts.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong Logical thinking.
