• Experience in Manual Testing
• Should have complete any Software testing course
• Fair knowledge of testing web-based applications.
• Fair knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Bug Life Cycle.
• Good Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
• Good Knowledge in Quality and Testing Concepts.
• Good communication skills
• Strong Logical thinking

• Co-ordinate with client to understand, analyze the requirements and scope of the project.
• To draft business requirement document for project requirements.
• Should be well versed in preparing test plans, test scenarios, test cases & test data for SIT, UAT and Regression.
• Should have good knowledge on different execution techniques, and should be able to execute the test cases
• Should have strong knowledge on defect management and defect tracking by giving appropriate information of a defect to developers in order to fix it
• Responsible for generating the defect report and provide to the Project Manager.
• Preparing lesson learnt documents from the previous project testing experience
• Preparing suggestion documents to improve the quality of the application
• Communication with the Test Lead / Test Manager
• Conducting review meetings within the team
• Should have good oral and written skills.
• Should be able to independently take responsibility of project deliverable.
• Responsible for testing of project at client environment and also provide the appropriate training to client.
• Ability to manage different task at one time, to complete the testing before the timeline with minimal supervision
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and follow steps and processes to improve testing procedures
