Job Responsibilities:

Testing strategy implementation & Test Planning Ability experience (Manual + Automation)
Strong Experience in Life Insurance Domain
Application Knowledge will add advantage (Ingenium / Life Asia (AS400)
Workflow system knowledge will be add advantage( Policy process flow)  
(Line of Business -> Term, Endowment of Life Insurance)
Team management skill set and front ending with client as well as individual contributor
Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking
Takes initiative and responsibility, comfortable in a fast- paced environment
Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes
Detail oriented and good analytical, problem solving skills
Planning and scheduling several milestones and tasks like alpha and beta testing
Set processes for test plan reviews and ensure that that test plans get reviewed by all stakeholders
Strong in Project level Reporting (Daily & Monthly Reports & Presentations) (All levels - Middle & Higher Management)
Experience on automation framework implementation
Worked on Automation Projects added advantage
Good communication skills
Work closely on the deadlines of the project
