Employee Engagement & Talent Management
• Facilitate skip level meetings to identify areas of improvement in various teams and propose appropriate engagement intervention
• Stay connected with employees, do regular 1-1 with critical people and escalate risks
• Conduct Stay interviews, Engagements Surveys
• Drive programs on retention and succession planning of critical talent
• Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition
• Responsible to solve employee queries / manage employee relations issues
• Conceptualize and execute reward program for onsite and offshore team
• Periodic engagement - on-boarding, induction, periodic pulse checks, ensure periodic 360 feedback across hierarchy
• Communication and implementation of HR policies and program
• Monthly All-hands planning, Town Hall & Conclaves

Performance Management
• Drive the goal setting process across the team and manage the entire process
• Drive orientation programs with employees on performance management process
• Act as a consultant to managers on managing poor performers as well as high performers
• Facilitate promotion review meeting with the business
Budgets & Tracking
o Support with planning budgets - salaries, appraisals, hikes, promotions
o Own tracking of budgets, periodic reports
o Track various metrics & publish reports
o Good with office apps
o Coordinate with Learning & Development for various Training related reports
o Coordinate with Recruitment for various hiring related reports
15 - 20 years
Any graduation
• Demonstrated skills in various HR functional areas (especially employee relations, coaching and change management) with the ability to work at all levels of the HR “stack” (strategic, operational and tactical)
• Ability to function well in ambiguous situations and unstructured environments, recognizing when it’s appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing the current output
• Demonstrates credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
