Job Description:
As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, stays updated on emerging trends, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications across various client domains
Gather and analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in daily scrums and sprint planning in an Agile delivery environment
Build reusable components and libraries for future use
Integrate third-party APIs and services based on client needs
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
Optimize applications for speed and scalability
Mentor junior developers within the team and provide technical leadership
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Business Analysts)
Handle production issues and provide technical support for client deliveries
Skills Required:
MongoDB , Express.js , React , Node.js , RESTful WebServices , Docker , Kubernetes , CI CD , AWS , MySQL
Candidate Attributes:
Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Node.js, and Express.js
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs
Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases
Solid understanding of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
