The ideal candidate. will have strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), hands-on experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in tools such as Excel, and a commitment to fostering Agile best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant-leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment with SAFe principles and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog.
- Identify, document, and resolve impediments that block team progress.
- Coach the team on Agile principles, helping them become more self-organized and efficient.
- Track team metrics and progress, using tools and techniques like burndown charts and velocity reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring dependencies are managed effectively.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on delivery progress.
- Leverage Excel and other reporting tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.
