Product Operations Specialist
The Product Ops Specialist works as part of the Product - Live Operations team.
Live Ops as a Service is a partnership where we work with clients on an application, to deliver the best possible and sustainable experience for their end-users. We focus on the product content or catalog, and features, and deliver the ongoing community and commercial activities. This also requires having a continuous pulse on the feedback from the end-users, sifting through which we try to find the signals within the noise for how to further improve the product and make the content stickier.
As a Product Ops specialist, your role will be vital in accelerating product success, in terms of digital assets creation and community management. Primary ownership includes real-time maintenance of blockchain inventory on an e-commerce platform, alongside resolving related user queries/ concerns within the expected turnaround time.
Familiar with NFTs.
You are familiar with digital objects & online economies, as an observer and a user.
Accountable Admin.
You are able to own & deliver the responsibilities of publishing the app inventory through the required tools.
Service-oriented.
These apps are about ongoing relationships with users. You are able to independently act as the voice of the client's brand, caring for their customers and troubleshooting problems.
Self-Starter.
You are intellectually curious, and you will use this interest to propel you into seeking out problems and finding solutions. You are able to understand the user concerns and forward them to the concerned product team to get those addressed within the expected SLA
You are quantitative, plain, and simple.
Preferably you can sift through mountains of feedback collected from end-users to find relationships, and then use these relationships as insights to make recommendations to the product team, and prepare & analyze short-range forecasts for App performance.
Complete fluency in English, both written and orally
Bachelor's degree from a reputed university is an added advantage for applicants
1-2 years of experience working on:
- Any live game operated as a service, or
- Blockchain Content Crafting & QC done for any app/ website, and
- Support Forum Interactions
