Roles And Responsibilities:

• Prospective candidates should have a solid background of recruiting in the IT staffing industry. The candidate must have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, proven ability to recruit hard to find skill sets with a high submitter-to-hire ratio for full time positions.
• Candidate needs to be a hard worker with strong communication and recruit high quality matching candidates for the requirement in a fast-paced environment. Utilize innovative and effective convincing / negotiation skills to attract top talent.
• Should have previous track record of success in achieving recruiting targets in placing Mid & Sr level professionals through professional and social channels and responsible for entire hiring process from Identification of a resource to placement.
• Handle additional responsibilities like spreading the jobs by positing them into various Job Boards and increasing the candidates pool, preparing weekly reports as well as maintain the database of resumes in various skills and upload them into ATS system. Solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent to place them for appropriate jobs with clients.
• Should have had extensive hands experience in using ATS and VMS systems along with social recruiting tools.
• Strong educational back ground with good concepts, should have worked with top notch recruiting firms and/or supported F500 clients into Cloud Computing, Mobility and IOT areas.
• Well versed with the trending technologies and able to strike interesting conversations on the projects and able to foster long-term relationships with the candidates.

Required Candidate profile:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be self-directed, ability to work independently, highly responsive, and detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.
• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills
• Positive thinker, energetic, articulate, and highly motivated with strong work ethics
• Strong focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.

Experience Range:

2 - 4 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM
