Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Work with department leads to create a list of potential associates for career progression, review process compliance, and enable timely closure of progression.
- Bi-Annual succession planning for key roles. Identify key associates and have a plan up to date.

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive

- Experience in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization/divisions
- Overseen and managed a performance appraisal system
