Job Description:
at least 5+ years of experience in the Business HR Operations team.
- Should have a working knowledge of end to end employee life cycle especially L &D, payroll, performance management, and HRIS system
- End to end performance management and experience in strategy planning
- Good communication skills
- Experience in handling grievances
- Report generation and HR analytics skill
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

Job Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Work with department leads to create a list of potential associates for career progression, review process compliance, and enable timely closure of progression.
- Bi-Annual succession planning for key roles. Identify key associates and have a plan up to date.
-Nurture a positive working environment
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Experience in developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization/divisions
- Overseen and managed a performance appraisal system
