As a UI/UX Designer at [x]cube LABS, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. Your role will involve translating complex product requirements into elegant, functional, and scalable designs — especially in innovative domains like retail, marketplaces, consumer platforms, and transaction-based ecosystems.

Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries for consistency across platforms.
Design for both web and mobile platforms, with a focus on responsive and adaptive design patterns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, trends, and best practices — particularly in areas like Web3, NFTs, and tokenized experiences.
Contribute actively to design critiques and team brainstorming sessions.

5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of design systems, atomic design principles, and cross-platform visual consistency.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, usability testing, and tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Optimize, or similar.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive UI, and accessibility standards.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills — ability to present ideas clearly to both design and non-design stakeholders.
Experience designing for transaction-based platforms, marketplaces, or blockchain-related applications is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Web3 UX patterns (wallets, confirmations, tokens) is a bonus, but not mandatory.
