The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to various stakeholders within the organisation including HR team and employees at different levels.
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

Job Responsibilities:
Source and attract the most suitable candidates for any open job through various channels.
Screen and schedule interviews to the relevant applicants
Coordinate the interviewing procedure, gather feedback and update in prescribed MIS
Gather required documentations if any and coordinate the new employee onboarding
Being helpful to the operations team in the employee engagement activities whenever required
