Game Producer
Job Title:
Game Producer
Job Description:
Manage the production schedule for the life cycle of a game from concept through implementation to launch.
Assign, coordinate, and track the development tasks of Design, Art, Engineering, and QA
Ensure project management and development best practices are followed by the team
Identify production challenges in advance and drive creative solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risk
Provide regular updates on production status to all the stakeholders
Contribute to the creative direction of the game by identifying opportunities on existing game play loops as well as recommending new features and system concepts
Work with the Live Ops team on the execution of in-game events to improve monetization, engagement and overall customer satisfaction

Skills Required:
Game Art, Game Design, Agile Project Management, Data Analytics, LiveOps, Monetization, Mobile Games, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),
Candidate Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong understanding of project management best practices
Experience in writing project plans and specification documents
Self-motivated, team player with a strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize and manage a project plan
Strong data analytic skills & knowledge of the game market platforms
Knowledge of mobile and awareness of the dynamics of the freemium economy are essential components
Knowledge and understanding of Agile software development and methodologies
2 years in a Producer or Project Management role; experience working for mobile game a plus
Strong understanding of project management best practices
Experience in writing project plans and specification documents
Self-motivated, team player with a strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize and manage a project plan
