a. Establish Upshot.ai as a leader in the space of customer engagement
b. Drive the on-boarding of customers and ensure methods to measure success.
c. Drive optimization of the on boarding process to help customers onboard smoothly and quickly.
d. Develop an intimate understanding of your customer's businesses.
e. Represent to our customers as a trusted advisor, advocate and marketing thought leader/subject-matter-expert
f. Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage customer engagement and marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
g. Enlighten our customers with insights gleaned from their own data and industry trends
h. Ensure customers get maximum value from Upshot.ai by leveraging full platform functionality.
i. Handle customer concerns with confidence, putting them at ease
j. Passion for providing top-notch customer service with the ability to understand what the customer really needs and why they need it
k. Cross-functional experience working across teams like product, business development, sales, and marketing

Job Responsibilities:

● Mastering Upshot.ai’s many features
● Monitoring client’s KPIs regularly
● Identifying gaps or risks for client to reach their goals
● Offering creative campaign strategies to clients & convincing clients to implement them
● Working with the graphic designer to ideate and create campaign creatives as per client
brand guidelines
● Leveraging every single feature of Upshot.ai to its fullest potential
● Setting up and executing campaigns on time on behalf of clients
● Verifying conversions as per campaign goals
● Presenting weekly & monthly analysis of campaign performance
● Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports on client app & KPI
performance
● Catering to on-demand report requirements from clients
● Helping root-cause and fix product issues at clients
● Doubling at customer service/support
● Interacting with C-level executives from clients & showing strong client leadership skills
● Ensuring 100% retention of client
● Getting new business from clients
