2 or more years of professional working experience in Animation using tools like flash, Spine, Harmony, After effects, Maya, Adobe Photoshop and other relevant tools
Portfolio: The portfolio that would catch our eye would have animation work with animation polish, Preferably should showcase different animation styles. Include pieces that give insight into how you approach your work and animate your ideas!

Have knowledge/Experience of traditional and computer 3D animation techniques
Be creative and imaginative
be able to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative
be able to take responsibility for organising your work within the production schedule, managing files and meeting deadlines
understand the production process
be able to communicate effectively with other teams and disciplines is essential
be able to create memorable characters that will appeal to players
have spatial awareness and a feel for movement over time
Have knowledge of full motion video (FMV)
Desired Skills:
Experience with animation tools and techniques and Skilled in 3D animation in Adobe Flash/Spine/After Effects
Ability to design and execute character movement, Not just impart life to the Characters but also to other elements such as objects, scenery, vegetation and environmental effects.
Ability to take package art assets to final animations
Keen attention to detail
Produce exceptional quality animation in a timely manner
Communicate and work well within a team environment
Knowledge of 3D animation techniques and tools such as Maya
Knowing to work in Spine is an advantage
Experience in Unity animation
Gaming industry experience a plus
