Should be able to independently handle the entire Finance and Accounting functions



1. Reconciliation of Banks, AR and AP

2. Responsible for day-to-day accounting, raising invoices/billing

3. Strong knowledge TDS/VAT/Service Tax/GST Returns

4. Preparation of Cash flow projections and budgeting

5. Generation of Ageing Reports of Account Receivables and follow-up for collections

6. Preparation Financial Reports for monthly Board Meetings

7. Knowledge of filing of Provident Fund and ESI filings

8. Procurement and capitalization of Fixed Assets and maintenance of Fixed Asset Register

9. Assisting the Internal and Statutory Auditors in audit works and preparation of necessary documentation for appearing before various authorities for assessments/appeals

10. Ensuring compliance of timely filing of all Statutory returns

11. Knowledge of Stock audits and stock verification

12. Knowledge of filing of STPI returns

13. Good knowledge and hands on experience in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

14. Closure of monthly accounts for filing of monthly GST Returns

15. Capable of independently handling the finalization of accounts

16. Experience in handling RoC related filings and compliance

17. Responsible of safety and protection of Company Assets

18. Hands on experience of Imports & Exports and filing all related documentation

19. Knowledge of travel management and arrangements

20. In-depth knowledge of Accounting Software Packages like FOCUS/Tally/QuickBooks

21. Knowledge of month-end payroll processing
