Establishing all lifecycle processes involved in creating and managing top quality proposals.
Co-ordinate with all parties like sales, clients, delivery teams, technology teams, legal etc.
Responsible for assembling all required resources/skills to develop proposal, pursue and win large international outsourcing deals
Assists in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
Responsible for validating/endorsing the technical solution for the deal. Works with delivery to assure that solution design can be property delivered.
Leads presales team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks.
Leads negotiations for large complex global deals.
Proactively manages all resource requirements throughout deal pursuit.
Typically 10+ years in complex IT service business environment.
Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate policies, products, markets and processes, and an understanding of business management principles and practices.
Demonstrate mastery to state-of- the-art technical, functional or business knowledge.
Demonstrate managerial and planning skills.
Strong understanding of modern technology & solution architectures.
Strong understanding of multiple SDLC, project management methodologies, engagement & pricing models.
Excellent abilities at analyzing customer requirements, coming up with solutions, drafting RFP responses & presentations.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business issues across multiple domains.
Structured approach to problem solving while defining solutions.
