Upselling - Area Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage our upselling sales team in a high-growth SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth from existing customers by identifying upsell opportunities, ensuring product adoption, and leading a team of Sales Executives to achieve targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives focused on upselling to existing clients.
Set performance metrics and monitor KPIs to ensure individual and team targets are met.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Upselling Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies for upselling new features, add-ons, or product tiers to existing customers.
Analyse customer usage data and CRM insights to identify upsell opportunities.
Sales Operations:
Ensure accurate forecasting, effective pipeline management, and timely reporting to senior management.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with key accounts to enhance customer lifetime value.
Work with support and product teams to resolve customer issues that hinder upselling opportunities.
Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to pitch new value propositions.

Bachelor's degree is preferable.
Professional experience of 3-6 years in Sales.
