NPU - Relationship Manager
We are seeking a proactive Sales Person to drive the adoption of Invoice by Petpooja , Payroll by Petpooja, Task by Petpooja, and Purchase by Petpooja across multiple sectors like retail, salons, and grocery stores & many more. This role involves lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship management through field visits and demos.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Purchase Apps across horizontal markets beyond the F&B industry (e.g., retail, salons, grocery stores).
Actively generate sales leads from the market, approach B2C businesses, and onboard them with Petpooja solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners; provide market insights and offer relevant solutions to enhance their operations.
Sign contracts with new clients, handle inbound inquiries, and support existing clients by conducting promotional and marketing activities to expand the customer base.
Manage sales operations including administrative tasks, performance reporting, process optimization, and sharing insights with senior management to strengthen client relationships and improve customer service.
Strategize and execute plans to achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets, including daily visit and demo count goals.
Confidently handle client interactions on the field as the first point of contact and effectively communicate Petpooja’s offerings and value proposition.
Represent Petpooja’s brand values in the market and uphold its reputation through professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
