We provide holistic restaurant management software including billing, inventory management, online ordering and all other front and back of house management modules that any restaurant requires - right from independent outlets to chains with over 200 outlets. Petpooja platform handles more than 5 Million invoices daily with more than 20 Million API calls per day and interacts with Terra-byte Databases. Platform created is OS (Windows, Mac, Linux) independent and Browser independent. The platform encompasses technologies like - Node.JS, Python, PHP, Adobe, MySql, MongoDB, SQLite and various front end JS frameworks. We are extensively using various AWS services to create a seamless experience for our customers.
Petpooja works closely with 80+ companies/organizations like Zomato, Swiggy, UberEats, PayTM, UPI, HDFC Bank, Yes Bank, PineLabs, BijliPay, ONDC etc. The platform is at fore-front (in the world) in building and applying next generation Machine Learning Models from Point-of-Sale systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Direct Sales-Direct sales of PETPOOJA POS & VAS to Restaurant owners.
Lead Generation-Gather sales lead from the market and approach restaurants actively and get them on board with PETPOOJA as a partner.
Relationship Management-Maintaining a strong relationship with restaurant owners and advising them on issues related to the market and offering solutions on the same.
Promotion- Sign contracts with restaurants along and handle the inquiries from existing and new clients, conduct promotional events/marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase user base.
Customer Service-Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
Supplier Management- Onboarding of retail suppliers on Petpooja’s online platform.

Additional Qualification and Skills:
Education- Graduate(minimum)/12th plus 3-year Diploma.
Specialized knowledge – Knowledge about software/Website (any IT Product) is an additional advantage along with convenience in using any Laptop/Tab/Smartphones.
Experience – Experience in the field sales, cold calling, lead generation of more than 3 years is mandatory.
Additional Requirements- A Laptop (in working state) and a Two-Wheeler with valid license is mandatory.
Communication- Effective communication and convincing skills needed (both English and vernacular)
Reporting – Daily contact with the reporting authority must be established and all rules regarding attendance, leave etc. must be adhered.
