Team Lead - Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities:
Converting new sales leads into business
Pitching products and/or services over calls
Demonstration of the software to the merchant/client
Bringing closures of POS and Marketplace services
Managing the merchants onboarding process
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Qualification and Skills:
Education- Graduate(minimum)
Specialized knowledge about software/Websites (any IT Product) is an additional advantage along with convenience in using any Laptop/Tab/Smartphone.
Experience in inside sales, cold calling, and lead generation is mandatory.-
Communication- Effective communication and convincing skills are needed (both English and vernacular)
Reporting Daily contact with the reporting authority must be established and all rules regarding attendance, leave etc. must be adhered.
Team Player- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.
Influencer- Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach.
Flexible- Flexibility Recognizes the need to adapt the changes and implement appropriate solutions.
Opportunist- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence the change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.
Creativity- Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help to drive the business forward.
Confident, pleasing and go-getter personality preferable
