We seek a Frontend Developer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in building modern, elegant, and performant web interfaces using React.js, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, LESS, and SASS. This is not just a coding role—you'll be expected to lead from the front, establish standards, and take ownership of the frontend experience.
A critical requirement for this role is the ability to convert Figma designs to production-ready code with pixel-perfect accuracy. Experience with Figma-to-code tools and AI-driven design-to-code platforms will be highly preferred.

BCA , B.Tech/B.E , -B.SC in Information Technology (IT)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, LESS, and SASS.
Translate Figma designs into fully functional, responsive components with pixel-perfect implementation.
Utilize AI-powered design-to-code tools (e.g., Anima, Locofy, Framer, or custom workflows) to accelerate development.
Lead frontend implementation and establish best practices for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and backend engineering.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive a culture of frontend excellence.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay informed about emerging frontend technologies, especially AI/ML-driven tools that improve developer productivity.

Candidate Attributes:
2 to 5 years of professional experience in frontend development with React.js.
Advanced knowledge of CSS frameworks, including Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, LESS, and SASS.
Strong expertise in converting Figma designs into responsive, production-ready components.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for code generation, design handoff, or component scaffolding.
Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working closely with backend developers.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a small frontend team.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with Next.js, Adonis.js, or server-side rendering.
Experience with design-to-code tools like Locofy, Anima..
Familiarity with modern AI/ML tools that enhance frontend workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Cursor).
Basic understanding of frontend testing libraries (e.g., Jest, Cypress, RTL).Exposure to accessibility standards and performance optimization.
