Executive - Lead Aquisition
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Inbound & Cold-Calling:
Handle incoming calls, ask relevant questions, and understand customer needs.
Generate and qualify leads through inbound data and cold calling.
Present product features and benefits, addressing customer inquiries or objections.
Maintain accurate customer information, manage complaints, and build lasting relationships.
Achieve sales quotas, schedule meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Regularly share product information and updates with clients.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for improvements.
2. Reports and Data Management:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly demo reports.
Record and maintain calling data, lead generation, and deal progress.
Share negative demo feedback for performance improvement.
Track deals closed and ensure data accuracy for lead validation.
3. Competitor Brand’s Lead Management:
Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients and arrange demos.
Track lead progress, coordinate with sales teams, and encourage prospects to adopt Petpooja.
Maintain contact with customers to assess additional requirements and promote product post current billing software expiry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English, MS Excel, CRM software, and phone systems.
Persistence, result-driven, and able to handle rejection and customer complaints effectively.
