Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with new sales leads through various channels.
- Utilize effective communication and persuasion skills to convert leads into potential business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to pitch products and/or services to potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of the product to merchants/clients.
- Address client queries and concerns during the demonstration to ensure clarity and understanding.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants.
- Initiate contact with potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to discuss business opportunities.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar sales role, particularly in the technology/software industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused approach.
