Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and allocate resources required for project execution.
Team Coordination:
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Document project issues, risks, and changes and track resolution progress.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and issues.
  • Assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the status of project risks.
Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Communicate project progress, changes, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address their concerns.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Perform quality checks and validate project outcomes.
Budget Management:
  • Monitor project expenses and adherence to the budget.
  • Report on budget status and financial resources allocation.
Administrative Support:
  • Organize and schedule project meetings and workshops.
  • Arrange logistics for project activities.
  • Maintain project calendars and schedules.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, project management).
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

The role would involve traveling PAN India. Thus looking for candidate who are open for it.
