We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive to join our HR Department at Petpooja, a leading restaurant billing software company based in Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining HR, Admin, IT, and Payroll data.
- Proficiently working with Advance Excel to organize and manage data effectively.
- Utilizing Power BI basic to generate informative and visually appealing reports.
- Assisting in generating reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and management.
- Supporting the HR team with data-driven insights for decision-making processes.
- Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling HR, Admin, IT, and Payroll data.
- Strong expertise in Advance Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI for creating insightful reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
