Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst/Data Engineer to join our team, where you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of data pipelines that facilitate the efficient collection, transformation, and analysis of large datasets. You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to optimize data flows, enhance decision-making processes, and drive data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines for the efficient collection, transformation,
and analysis of large data sets.
● Leverage SQL and ETL tools to extract data from various sources, clean, and load it into
analytical systems.
● Work collaboratively with data engineers, and business stakeholders to identify process
improvement opportunities and optimize data flows.
● Develop, implement, and maintain databases, data collection systems, and dashboards to
enhance decision-making processes.
● Automate routine data tasks, ensuring high data integrity and optimal system performance.
● Prepare comprehensive analysis reports that detail data transformation steps,
methodologies, and insights, empowering stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
● Troubleshoot, maintain and enhance the performance of existing reports and dashboards for
internal and external users.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data governance strategies, ensuring
compliance with best data quality, privacy, and security practices

Candidate Attributes:
1Advanced SQL & ETL Expertise: Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and
hands-on experience with ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading across
systems.
● Big Data & Cloud Solutions: Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and
cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Google Cloud), optimizing data workflows and processing
large datasets efficiently.
● Data Pipeline Development & Automation: Proven ability to build scalable, automated data
pipelines and workflows, utilizing scripting languages (e.g., Python) to optimize ETL processes
and data integration.
● Data Warehousing & Modeling: Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience
with platforms like Redshift, BigQuery, or Cloudstore; skilled in data modeling (e.g., star
schemas, normalization).
● Data Governance, Security, & Collaboration: Strong understanding of data governance,
privacy, and security best practices, with a collaborative approach to working with
cross-functional teams to deliver actionable data solutions
