Job Description:
Petpooja is looking for BDE sales position for proceeding with Business Development activities and increase over all company's revenue. The core responsibilities as BDE will be to process sales of different services and product of the company.

Converting new sales leads into business
Pitching products and/or services over calls
Demonstration of the software to the merchant/client
Bringing closures of POS and Marketplace services
Managing the merchants onboarding process
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Experience Range:
1 - 4 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation ,and Any PG ,and Any Doctorate
Job Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have Good Communication
- Must have Sales Experience
- Should be comfortable with Tele calling\Cold calling
- Must be Comfortable with Target
- Should have skills for Converting leads into business
- Must be skillful for generating new lead
- Good in customer relationship

Lead Generation , Cold Calling , Inside Sales , Acquisition Sales , B2B Marketing , Software Sales , Direct Marketing
Candidate Attributes:
- Education- Graduate(minimum)
- Specialized knowledge – Knowledge about software/Website (any IT Product) is an additional advantage along with convenience in using any Laptop/Tab/Smart phones.
- Experience – Experience in the inside sales, cold calling, lead generation is mandatory.
- Personality Attributes required are mentioned below-
- Communication- Effective communication and convincing skills needed (both English and vernacular)
- Reporting – Daily contact with the reporting authority must be established and all rules regarding attendance, leave etc. must be adhered.
- Team Player- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life.
- Influencer- Identifies, builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach.
- Flexible- Flexibility Recognizes the need to adapt the changes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Opportunist- Be able to identify opportunities and recommend/influence the change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns.
- Creativity- Demonstrate creativity & originality in your work and have the personal drive and initiative to bring about change and help to drive the business forward.
- Confident, pleasing and go-getter personality preferable.
