We are looking for a Merchant Trainer & Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
You will diagnose, Software installation, configuration, and troubleshoot software problems and help our customers.
Ultimately, you will be a person our customer's trust. They will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems.
Experience Range:
1 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation

· Can visit our Restaurant Partners in Field.
· Provide service and customer support during field visits.
· Install our POS software in their System / Device.
· Give training about our product to our client.
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve their queries.
