What we’re looking for:
As Director of UI/UX, you will have a tremendous amount of influence over our product and our  brand in the emerging web3 gaming sector.  You will work closely with game designers and engineers to create interfaces that simplify and communicate gameplay features, for both moment-to-moment core game play and broader meta game systems. If you believe small changes to design and interfaces can have a giant impact and love to deliver them to millions of gamers, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain-points
  • Design UX flows that are intuitive, painless, and delightful for games and websites
  • Lead a small team of other UI/UX Artists and Motion Design Artists.
  • Develop flexible designs that ensure extension and further development
  • Deliver key design artifacts such as style guides, storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and visuals
  • Communicate your planned approach. Share your insights, ideas, and opinions with your stakeholders and team using data and customer insights. Articulate various trade-offs of a particular UI/UX design.
  • Be an internal thought-leader on user experience best practices, usability standard and trends
  • Thrive in a fast iterative environment.
  • Design and drive A/B and usability tests and let data guide your decisions.

The minimum qualifications:
  • 6+ years UI/UX experience in mobile apps or games. 
  • 3+ years being  UI/UX Lead
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and color composition. 
  • Have an eye for minimalist designs with focus on great Information Hierarchy and Motion UI. 
  • Must be self directed and have great attention to detail.
  • Must have publicly available web UI/UX and mobile game UI/UX published work.
  • Proven track record of improving UI/UX through testing and data analysis.
