Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Product Roadmap: Define, lead, and execute the product road map that adheres to the business requirements and vision of the company. Explore growth opportunities through usability studies, market analysis, customer feedback and collaboration with Business Stakeholders and Leadership for prioritisation.
Product Specs: Prepare elaborate product specs with adequate pretext and mocks, to be handed over to the UI design and development team. Exhibit user empathy and intuition towards elegant UI/UX to collaborate with design team for new product features
Program Management: Driving product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers. Analyse impact by defining clear objectives and data deliverables that can facilitate data driven decision making. Translate data insights into product enhancements and iterations

Skills Required
5+ years of experience in Consumer Internet Product based companies
3+ years of experience in product management
Experience in either mobile games, social apps or video content apps is a plus
Experience in Product Development or Product Analytics is a plus
Experience in Mobile Apps Product Management is mandatory
Understanding on either gamification mechanics or monetization is mandatory
Understanding on either/all of the following is a plus
App store offerings
Deep links
User Generated Content ecosystems
Casual Mobile Games
Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written) coupled with Grittiness, Resourcefulness and Street intelligence (street smart)
Ability to influence stakeholders and steer product feature execution in a semi-structured cross functional environment
Exceptional organization, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with tight deadlines
Data driven mindset with ability to translate insights into product iterations
Bachelors or Masters from top tier colleges like IITs, IIITs and IIMs preferred
