Working Time: 9.30 am-6.30 Pm

Job Responsibilities:

This person will be reporting to the CFO as well as Plant Head  
Key Responsibilities: 
Key Performance Areas:
 Responsible for financial and budgetary control at the Plant, ensuring zero overrun and
leakage.
 Manage the working capital at the Plant and ensure reduction in the same.
 Ensure timely closing of the Plant accounts and submit the same to the CFO ensuring
accuracy in reporting.
 Ensure statutory compliance for the Plant, and ensure zero interest, penalty or non
compliance.
 Ensure timely and accurate updates on SAP.
 Support in the decision making process by preparing MIS, and performing any financial
analysis as required by the Plant Head.
 Ensure adherence to the internal audit requirements.
 Responsible for making all SOP’s for Plant Finance
Financial Planning and Control:
 Coordinate, control and monitor the cost and fixed assets at the Plant.
 Review the budget versus actuals and highlight any discrepancies to the CFO and Plant
Head .
 Ensure accurate accounting of inventory (raw material, work in-process, waste and finished
goods) for managing future forecasting and working capital management.
 Analyze inventory costing and price variance on a regular basis.
 Ensure Cash Flow Management and proper utilization of available funds.
Accounting & Cash Flow Management:
 Prepare the Plant Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow, etc. in a timely and accurate manner,
and provide the same to the CFO.
 Ensure monthly reconciliation of sales and purchase, banking transactions, creditors.
 Monitor the receivables and follow up for the same in consultation with the Plants
Manufacturing/ Purchase team.
Compliance:
 Ensure compliance to the schedule of payment for Income Tax (TDS, TCS), GST and all
other statutory compliances.

MIS and Reporting:
 Provide regular MIS to the CFO & Plant Head on budgeting variance, working capital,
statutory compliance and audits.
Audits
 Provide support in Statutory Audit ,Tax Audit ,GST Audit etc

Must-Have Requirements:
 A CA with experience of 5 to 6 years or others ( MBA , ICWA , Inter CA) with experience of
10 to 15 years
 Strong experience in Finance, with a Manufacturing unit. Currently handling Plant Accounts
 Strong SAP Background.
 Possess technical and functional expertise, with knowledge about various tools and
techniques. 
 Excellent team management skills, with the ability to handle a team of 3 to 5 people
and drive performance from the team by motivating, coaching the team members. 
 Ability to resolve conflict with timely intervention. 
 Position is Based at Plant in Amalsad( Gujarat ) . Mumbai candidate who is willing to
relocate to plant would be given more preference
