Employee Payroll: will be on other company whereas they will be working with US/ Uk based projects, timelines, and teams.
The job is permanent work from home
Shift Timing: 6 PM - 3 AM
Job Description:
Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering
Certified Salesforce. com Business Analyst
At least 3 year experience in SFDC
At least 3 years experience in business process and/or requirements gathering, story writing, project management
Experience with SFDC Service Console, SFDC Communities, SFDC Case Management, SFDC
Knowledge Management
Experience with customer data and entitlements
Experience working in complex, enterprise, global Salesforce. com implementations
Experience working in a business process team and coordinating process efforts
Experience with telephony deployment in a CRM context
Ability to perform efficiently within a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
Enterprise business solution"s experience for large corporations
Should be comfortable working in US and UK work hours
