Position: Plant Head (Reporting to Director)
Department: Operations
Experience: 10 + years (FMCG experience must)
Location: Kashipur Uttrakhand
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Time: 9 AM To 6 PM
Job Responsibilities :
To manage the manufacturing and operation activities of the plant
Help achieve the annual targeted volumes and profitability of the company
Implementation and Execution of Operations excellence program at sites
Evolve and help drive strategies for the company in terms of lean manufacturing and delivery
Accountable for the strategy execution into actions and deliverable
Budgeting and strategic planning.
Project management
Engineering function management and Operation management of multiple factories.
Vendor and Logistics management
Reviewing production costs, variances & wastage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Production control
Quality Management
Workforce Management
Manufacturing Cycle Time & Yield
Project Management
Cost Control
Experience Range:
10 - 12 years
Educational Qualifications:
