Headquarter-Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 Days Alt Sat off, Other Sat Half days
Working Time: 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

About Rolling Banners:
As Rolling Banners is growing in scale, we need young and energetic individuals to create strong operations processes around project planning, project tracking, vendor assessment and on-boarding, reporting and procurement.
Project Manager/Operations manager will have a team of 8+ operations executives and assistant operations managers, so we are looking for a leader, not just an individual performer.
Senior Operations manager will also get to work closely with upper management and client servicing teams to scale operations in retail development - commercial interiors
The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Contractor, Vendor & Channel Partnerships in key geographies
• Procurement Tie-ups with OEMs
• BOQ & Estimate preparation & supervision
• Supervision & continuous training of Operations Managers & executives
• Support to BD & Client servicing team in terms of Estimates, proposals & Execution TATs
• Project Planning, Project tracking, ensuring TAT, identifying roadblocks & quick resolutions.
• Supervising all project engineers and reporting to Management.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in operations with a graduate degree and a good academic background.
• Hands-on experience of working with interior finishing, fitouts materials and vendor management.
• Process-oriented professional with leadership skills.
• Experience in handling Commercial Interior projects.
• Good exposure with basic management tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheet, etc.
• Hands-on experience with the project (Store/Turn Key Projects) and retail branding is preferable.
• Preferred previous industry: Commercial Interiors, Retail Projects, Turnkey Projects.
3 - 8 years
Any graduation ,and Any PG
