AVP Client Delivery

Job Description:

The is a mid-management role which involves working with some of the largest banks and financial institutions in India and globally. This is a challenging role that expects the incumbent to work with constant agility with various teams and ensure timely product delivery to clients.
As AVP of Client Delivery, you will need to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver business strategies and product enhancements. You will be responsible for driving sales & amp; business revenues as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulating business strategies to drive sales with current and new banks, for MintOak products.

  • Aligning clients with the strategies formulated in order to achieve projected revenue.

  • Working closely with analytics to study portfolio behavior and suggest growth initiatives.

  • Ensuring end-to-end implementation of deliverables as per the timeline agreed with clients.

  • Proactively address client concerns and resolve them at the earliest.

  • Make merchant visits to get insights and share with clients and internal teams.

  • Regular visits to clients for meetings, reviews, and discussions.

  • Gather client feedback and leverage insights to enhance service delivery and product development.

Experience Range:

4 - 7 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM
